Please join PEMDAS Technologies in supporting the 2018 “Solar to the Stars” gala, an annual benefit for the Petit Family Foundation, which is an organization near and dear to our hearts.
PEMDAS Technologies President and CEO Mary Lockhart will be speaking on the Women in Science Panel at 8:10 AM while PEMDAS Technologies Director of Engineering, Paul Lockhart will be keynoting the luncheon from 12:30- 2:00 PM
According to the foundation, by 2023 half of all U.S. jobs will be in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering and mathematics), yet, too few students are pursuing majors in those areas, hindering our global competitiveness. The Soar to the Stars Girls STEM Experience is only the beginning. Through your support we hope to continue providing robust and immersive STEM education programs in the east coast area. In doing so, this further fulfills the Petit Family Foundation’s and Space Foundation’s mission to educate young people, especially girls and women in science.
Participating girls, their parents, educator participants and special guests are invited to this memorable FREE luncheon, compliments of the Petit Family Foundation. Registration is required for Girls STEM Experience, Teacher STEM Experience and Luncheon.
